Shipping policy

Items that are in stock will ship within 5 business days. If items are needing to be made-to-order in your size, please allow approximately 2 weeks due to the sizing work being done by hand.
Custom orders, however, will require a 2-6 week production time with exceptions for custom bridal design, and reworking of pieces. Once you have decided on a design all custom orders are final sale. You can email Custom Inquiries to sales@mansfieldfinejewelry.com. Shipping for all orders in North America are offered at a $8.00 flat rate.
Shipping for all international orders are offered at a $30.00 flat rate.
Shipping rates may increase where extra insurance is needed.
All parcels will be sent with USPS and we will provide you with a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.
